Regional Leader Development Program (RLDP)

The Regional Leader Development Program is BTN's recruitment initiative aimed at identifying potential talents to become regional leaders. The program focuses on developing leadership and managerial skills to tackle future challenges.

The required qualifications are as follows:

• Must have resided in the placement location (aligned with the branch office's region) for at least 4 years within the last 10 years.
• Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor's degree (S-1/D-4).
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Unmarried.
• Maximum candidate age of 24 years old (must not turn 25 by December 31, 2024).
